Program Objective
Objectives of this program:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding in the core science of forestry and in selected areas of forest management, wildlife ecology and conservation, plantation forestry and urban forestry.
- Master the core technical and practical skills of forestry science and the chosen field of forest management, wildlife ecology and conservation, farm and urban forestry.
- Using thinking and scientific skills in solving forestry issues.
- Can communicate effectively to discuss and describe forestry issues.
- Have pure social values and be responsible in the chosen profession.
- Having high values, attitudes, integrity, and accountability to increase the level of professionalism as a forester.
- Make use of lifelong education in forestry, especially related to technology used across disciplines related to forestry.
- Have an entrepreneurial foundation that can be offered in the forestry sector and related fields.
- Potential to be a multi-level leader capable of managing issues related to forestry.
