Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Training: Awareness & Understanding (GMP01) is an introductory course on the fundamental understanding of the implementation of GMP in food-related industries. GMP is a set of rules in food processing that need to be followed to ensure food products' safety and quality.
This practice demands documentation to support the effectiveness of the procedure to produce safe food products. It serves as a fundamental block for the development and execution of other certifications such as HACCP and ISO22000 standards.
At the end of the course, the participant will have an essential understanding of the GMP requirements and how it should be implemented to control food safety at the production level.
